Place the goji berries in the juice or pineapple syrup and reserve after adding the cornstarch.
Cut the chicken and pineapple into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a stewpot and cook & stir the chicken pieces. Then add the chilli, lemon juice and pineapple and cook for about ten minutes.
Add pineapple syrup or juice and goji berries and cook for another ten minutes, make sure the sauce thickens.
For the accompaniment prepare rice to which you add some butter and paprika.
